 Founded
in 1992, China Ting Group Holdings Limited (the "Company",
together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") (HKSE
code: 3398) is a vertically integrated garment manufacturer,
exporter and retailer. According to the China Silk Association,
it is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of silk
in China in terms of export volume and value.
Headquartered in Hong Kong and supported by a strong manufacturing
base in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shenzhen (PRC), the Group is
principally engaged in three core businesses:
The Group has also established offices in Paris, New York
and Shanghai to support its sourcing, manufacturing and distribution
activities. Together with its head office in Hong Kong and
its manufacturing bases in Hangzhou and Shenzhen, the Group
maintains close liaisons with major customers and keeps abreast
of the latest market movements and international fashion trends.
A majority of its manufacturing facilities are situated at
China Ting Industrial Complex, an integrated industrial base
that commenced operations in 2003 and enabled the Group to
exercise better control over and boost its production capacity.
